Our customer service policy is extremely efficient and as consumer friendly as possible (we do not use high pressure sales or haggle on the door step, or take up lots of your valuable time). Also OAP discounts available.

We respond to all enquiries and aim to deal with them in a professional manner. We aim for an estimate to reach you within 72 hours if on email, a bit longer if via the Royal Mail.

From a simple, broken or missing tile to complete re-roofs and roofing on major building projects, we treat all jobs with the utmost care and attention.

All of our quotes are free (providing you own the property) and without obligation, leaving the customer free to make up their own mind in their own time. In addition, we pride ourselves on our past customer service record and have always been confident to offer a no-quibble guarantee.
